Garcia's love for music has led to a new canvas to paint on. The theme of music frequently permeates Garcia's artwork. Here, the tables have turned, and his artwork has enhanced these custom guitars. Garcia's "art guitars" are one-of-a-kind, hand painted artwork that are meant to be played and/or hung as an art piece.

In addition, Garcia has created a line of hand-painted guitar/coffee tables. The artwork covers the entire table and also continues across the guitar to create one uniform image. The table top has a recessed area in the shape of the guitar. The guitar sits in the recess with a glass top completing a functional work of art and in-turn creating a spectacular conversation piece. The guitar can be removed and played and later returned to the table recess for storage.
